For optimal performance, most standard sediment and carbon filters should be replaced every 6 to 12 months. However, Reverse Osmosis membranes can last up to 2 years depending on your local water quality and usage.
What is the standard shipping time for replacement parts?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Can I return a system if it doesn't fit my plumbing?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that installed systems cannot be returned due to sanitary regulations.
Do your filtration systems come with a warranty?
Most of our Isopure Water systems and components come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I know which filter is compatible with my existing system?
You can search by the model number printed on your current filter housing or cartridge. If you are unsure, our technical support team can help identify the correct replacement based on a photo of your system.
