At Isopure Water, we want you to be completely satisfied with your filtration systems and components; if a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please note that installed filters or customized water systems are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Pack Securely
Place the unused item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
